  2. Treatment outcomes affected by repeated no-shows or missed appointments by the patient.
  3. Patients not following the given instructions properly during and after the treatment, such as not wearing aligners, retention plates as per instructions, etc.
  4. Any treatment done by the patient at any other clinic outside of Pristine Dental and Facial Care.

Warranty Cards on Crowns:

  1. Any warranty on crowns or bridges is given by dental laboratories and is limited to free replacement of the prosthesis (crown, bridge) during the warranty if there is any manufacturing defect in the prosthesis. The crown will have to be returned to avail of the warranty.
  2. If the crown or prosthesis is lost by the patient, the dental laboratory charges will have to be borne by the patient.

Further, if there are any additional charges for the external specialist’s services, those will also have to be borne by the patient.

Re-treatment process:

  1. Patient needs to visit the clinic where the initial treatment was carried out.
  2. Patient needs to provide proof of the initial treatment (e.g. treatment receipt, X-rays, prescription, etc.)
  3. Our Quality Team will review the case and determine if the re-treatment is eligible under the re-treatment policy.
  4. If the re-treatment is eligible, the patient will be scheduled for the re-treatment procedure.
  5. If the re-treatment is not eligible, the patient will be informed of the same and the reasons for ineligibility.

Note: Pristine Dental and Facial Care does not offer any warranty on crowns or any other dental prosthesis. Additionally, the compulsory deductions for cancelled treatments may vary based on the specific treatment.
